Is affiliate marketing recommended to attract traffic to site?

liefde-chance.com sells apparel so I’m not too certain what affiliates would be recommended.
I like the feedback. My main interest is getting more popularity of liefde-chance.com.

    The short answer is NO. Google already ignores links from affiliate websites to their "bosses".

    you can try to negotiate with affiliates about the commission and you can advertise your site in the search engines. The traffic from the search engines can be funneled to your affiliate for commission.
